Auto CAD:

step1:Design a rectangle in Auto CAD

Firstly, you need to draw a rectangle according to your machine size.(eg. If the stitching area of your machine is 800mm in length and 500mm in width, you need to design a 800mm long and 500 wide rectangle)

*This step is pretty much important,if you miss or make a mistake in this step, you will not get the right pattern at last.

step2: Design your own pattern inside the rectangle.

*Your pattern or part of your pattern out of the rectangle is absolutely not allowed, keep your whole pattern inside the rectangle.

step3: Save the file as this format: autocad R12 DXF.

PS300B:

step1: Load the autocad R12 DXF you just designed previously.

step2: Erase the rectangle (mentioned in Auto CAD design step1)outline of the pattern.

step3:Specify the position of the pattern.

*Make sure that the whole pattern in the forth quadrant in PS300B. That means the highest point of the pattern is below 0,and the most left point of the pattern must be in the right of 0.

step4: Save as DXF format.

Hope this can help customers to learn more about the Programmable Pattern Sewing Machines, so they can make any patterns and designs as they need.
